FT12 - Foot or Air Operated
For the pre-packing of fruits, vegetables, groceries or special offers at the point of sale or at the packing house or factory into net packs.
You can prepare a whole week's stock in one run and the ventilation of the net will keep it fresh.
The FT-12 machines are suitable for all types of pre-packing using nets made either from cotton or plastic materials.
Pack a single unit, pack a dozen, the machine always makes the right size net pack.
Quick and very simple to use; just slide fruits or vegetables into the hopper, place the net in the jaws and press the pedal. No training involved.
The machines use FT-12 clips made of galvanized steel. They are in boxes containing 10,000 staples 9 master carton of 6 boxes).

Semi-Automatic clipping The GH20 Semi Automatic Clipping Machine is a single operator machine for tubular net packaging with a capacity of up to 5kg.
Features:
The GH20 uses an automatic electrical system, and options include a Bolduc ribbon dispenser and/or wineglass label applicator.
It is suitable for smaller packs of potatoes, onions, brussel sprouts, citrus fruits, passionfruit and even nuts.

Multihead weighers

BILWINCO supplies two types of weighing machines: Multihead weighers and linear weighers, designed to handle all kinds of fasteners and other non-food products.
The BILWINCO range of high-capacity multihead weighers covers portion sizes from 10 g up to 500 kg and a total weighing output of up to 300 kg per minute.
The BILWINCO range of linear weighers cover portion sizes from 10 g to 500 kg and a total weighing output of approximately 60 kg per minute.

Multihead weighers
Food
The BILWINCO multihead weigher programme covers portion sizes from 10 g to 25 kg and weighing capacities up to 260 portions per minute.
Because weighing needs differ from product to product they have divided their weighers into two groups: One designed to handle wet products (W types) and another designed to handle dry products (D types). This means optimized performance and cost-effective performance in every product group.

Mobile units
All BILWINCO equipment can be delivered with a mobile support frame designed for versatile and flexible weighing and packaging processes.
The multihead weigher is mounted on the support frame, which is equipped with wheels and a lifting/lowering device allowing you to adjust the height of the weigher to different package sizes.
The infeed system as well as the filling tool can also be delivered as mobile units to form a complete mobile weighing and packaging system.
Mobility is highly connected with optimal hygiene. A weigher on wheels can be rolled away from your packaging line for a complete high-pressure wash-down, and you can lower the weigher to the floor for more efficient cleaning. The mobile infeed system can also be lowered and wheeled away from the line together with the weigher.
Furthermore, the ease of maintenance is obvious when the weigher is located away from the packaging line.

Filling and Positioning
BILWINCO’s range in filling and positioning systems covers all requirements from paralleling units to conveyor systems, and product detectors.
Paralleling units
The PU electromagnetic Paralleling Units are designed for automatic, oriented filling of products into boxes from a BILWINCO weighing machine.
Products are oriented by electromagnetic fields into the boxes to reduce volume. The systems include efficient demagnetising.
Max product length: 350 mm Max portion weight: 30 kg Max capacity: 40 fillings per minute.
Conveyor systems
The BILWINCO filling units are designed for automatic filling of products into carton and/or plastic boxes from a BILWINCO weighing machine, and are fully synchronised with the weighing machine.
Boxes can be presented and taken off the conveyor manually. Synchronization with automatic box erecting and closing machines is also possible.
The filling units can be supplied with an automatic change of chute system for easy and quick changeover.

Product detector
Bilwinco provides product detector systems that are designed to eject boxes with product sticking out above box edge.
Using a product detector gives you two advantages: You eliminate manual sorting and protect the carton closer from damage.

Filling & Distribution
BILWINCO’s range in filling and distribution systems covers all requirements from filling of preformed trays/tray sealers to thermo-formed trays/thermo-forming machines, filling tools for toppings/pizzas/pies, continuous filling machines for cans, jars, etc. and linear filling machines for cans, jars, etc.
Filling tools for preformed trays / tray sealers
BILWINCO’s programme of fillings tools for preformed trays includes solutions for intermittent operation with a stationary filling tool during filling and solutions for continuous operation with a reciprocating filling tool. In each individual case, the filling system is customised to the product, the package and the packaging machine as well as the specific capacity requirements.
Filling tools for thermo-formed trays / thermo-forming machines
BILWINCO’s filling and distribution tool for thermo-formed packaging is available with a number of distribution chutes and chambers depending on the specific capacity requirements. In each individual case, the filling system is customized to the product, the package and the packaging machine.
Filling tools for toppings/pizzas/pies
BILWINCO’s topping spreading system solves the even spreading problem entirely and at the same time ensures high accuracy and high speed processing. Capacity is up to 90 portions per minute.
Continuous Filling Machine (CFM) for cans, jars, etc.
The BILWINCO CFM system is designed for automatic filling of different food products into cans, jars, cups, etc.
When combined with a BILWINCO weigher you get a high-speed filling system ideal for processes with high capacity requirements.
The BILWINCO CFM is available with 12 or 16 filling positions, according to individual capacity requirements.
Capacity: Up to 200 portions/minute.
Height of packaging: 50-250 mm.
Diameter of packaging: Up to Ø150 mm.
Linear Filling Machine (LFM) for cans, jars, etc.
The BILWINCO LFM is a small, compact filling unit for weighing and packing processes with more restricted capacity requirements. The equipment is combined with a BILWINCO weighing system and is designed for the filling of different jar sizes.
Capacity: Up to 90 portions/minute in two lanes.
Height of packaging: 90-250 mm.
Diameter of packaging: Up to Ø150 mm.

Tray dispensing systems
BILWINCO offers a complete series of tray dispensing systems for the delivery of trays to a weighing/packing plant. These are highly efficient dispensing systems which are easily integrated into weighing/packing lines, and individually tailored to specific production conditions and needs.
BILWINCO tray dispensers are manufactured from stainless steel and handle all types of trays irrespective of their form and material. They are easy to clean and operate and especially easy to service because of their few movable parts.
Capacity: Up to 120 trays a minute
Tray sizes: Standard: from 100 x 100 mm to 280 x 280 mm
Changeover: No tools required. Max. 1 minute.
The series consists of three different dispensing solutions:
A. BILWINCO dispensing cassette
The dispensing cassette may be integrated into any packaging equipment used by the food manufacturer. The dispenser is filled with trays manually. The cassette can hold 50-200 trays depending on tray type.
B. BILWINCO rack
The dispensing cassette is placed on a stand with air valve, water separator and controls. The stand is easily positioned over a conveyor belt at any height. The unit is controlled by an external signal or sensor. The dispenser is filled manually (the cassette can hold 50-150 trays, depending on tray type).
C. BILWINCO automatic buffer
The dispensing cassette is placed on an automatic buffer for automatic tray filling. This system comprises air valve, water separator and PLC. The automatic buffer system is easily placed over a conveyor belt. The unit is controlled by an external signal, sensor or internal PLC. The buffer may have 400-2000 trays depending on tray type and buffer length.
